Born and raised in the Queen City of Cincinnati, OH. RAYMIll has been music driven since his mother’s womb. At a very early age he started taking piano lessons and playing all genres of music. It wasn’t until high school that he discovered his love for hip-hop! One of the first bands to aspire his hidden talent was Bone Thugs in Harmony’s first album. Other inspirations include Nas, JAY-Z, Rakim, EMINEM, Blackstarr, Hi-Tek, Immortal Technique, Fugees, Indie Arie, The Roots, Jill Scott, and many more! With close friends that had already been writing rhymes since they could play on a swing, he felt he was always behind the curb! With early childhood friends Donald and Ilyas of the now popular group Tanya Morgan to name a few. In the year ’96 he attended Tennessee State University where his passion exploded and his ability to produce beats was also unveiled. Here he was mentored and collaborated with the talented Tre Stylz and worked alongside Close friend CAGE and JC who are both elevated in the music industry. He now resides in Phoenix, AZ and releasing his first solo album that has everyone’s ears itching for more! He was also selected to be on Alice Cooper’s Taste of pudding Christmas tribute charity album. With most of his sound recording done by Michael Beck for Soundvision recording, you will definitely not be disappointed. Without music he feels his life would be dull, so join him as he “Embrace’s the Mystery”!
