She’s Back! Extraordinary Gospel vocalist and songwriter, Rose Boyd, is one of Connecticut’s contemporary Gospel recording artist, and is ready to take the world by storm. Rose just completed her Third single “He's So Amazing” produced by her husband Craig Boyd and Dominick White. In addition, her anointed CD entitled “He's Coming For You” is scheduled for release May 22nd. My husband Craig Boyd and I went a new direction from my first and second CD “Sing Your Way Into a Praise” and “Reminisce”. The first CD we created music for the lyrics. The second CD with “Reminisce” we created the lyrics from the music on all but four songs, we wanted to give the producers all the creativity. We also stayed away from the basic 3 to 4 part harmony on most songs to give it a different feel. After learning much from the two CDs I wanted to be true to myself and stay with comfortable keys and notes to deliver a more soulful sound. I am very pleased with this project and it’s end results. I’m sure you will be to!

Singing from the age of 7, music has always been her passion. Rose could best be described as kind, gentle, sweet-spirited, soft-spoken, yet devout and unwavering when it comes to her faith and commitment to Jesus Christ. She is a savvy, young, and stylish young woman, with a unique, riveting voice.

Would Rose take a recording deal or would she go to college. A decision she needed to make at 17 yrs old. Well she chose school, College of the Albemarle Elizabeth City NC. I received a call that my mom took ill after being in school a year and my father took ill shortly after. So I returned back home to take care of them. She was the youngest of 4 girls, with no husband and no children at the time so it was easy for her to stop what she was doing and tend to her parents. Rose returned home and obtained work. A lifelong resident of Waterbury, CT Rose is the wife of Craig Boyd, a dynamic Gospel music songwriter. She and her husband work together extensively writing, performing and recording Gospel music as divinely inspired, to introduce a fresh new sound with an uncompromising message. Rose is a member of the Faith Center Church in Meriden, Connecticut, under the pastoral leadership of Bishop Joseph and Lady Maddaline Norfleet. It is here that she serves as an anointed Levite, Psalmist, lead vocalist, and primary member of the Music ministry.
