The project’s foundation was laid in London with the assistance of producer Paget (the doctor) King, also a member of the Giddeon Family. Dr King combined the core essentials of drum, bass and basic rhythm with IQulah’s unique lyrical content. IQulah then handpicked a selection of exceptional instrumentalists to add the spice and colour to bring each track to perfection. The collective energies of the Andahnet Family in Jamaica, the Azania Family in Cape Town, South Africa, and the Giddeon Family in the UK and California brings the King’s Music to fruition.
