Xavier T. Clark Jr. is a prominent up and coming entertainer also known as Xae (pronounced Zay) born and raised in Detroit, MI and is a member of Central Baptist Church. His love for music at a very young age prompted his attendance at Marvin L. Winans Academy of Performing Arts. He attended Dakota High school and graduated from American Online Schools, thereafter. At the age of ten Xae started recording and performing as a young Hip Hop artist; opening up for acts such as B5 very own K’Jon. Xae has covered venues such as the Detroit Science Center (Black History Event), the 86th-87th Annual Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Hob Noble Gobble Disney Event. Xae has been widely recognized for his talent all over the Metro Detroit Area, winning awards from the Motor City Youth Competition and “Change Detroit for Good.” He was involved in a PSA to help with spreading the word to stop bullying. Xae has a strong sense of giving back to his community by putting together a celebrity basketball game and giving away hats and scarves (2010). He has travelled to California and Atlanta doing what he does best in performing and recording from (2011-2013). Xae began to develop a stronger voice, during this time frame he focused on his artistry as well as working on his brands clothing line called SWESH Life LLC. Swesh Life, a unique swagger with a dapper of freshness, he decided to use the words swag and fresh coming up with the word SWESH. He is currently finishing up his EP called “You don’t Know Me.” His EP Release Party is Coming soon where he will be hitting the stage with a host of other upcoming artist from the Metro Detroit Area.
