Much of the material on this album was inspired by true stories and events that happened to real people. Many of these songs were written on the back of dime store novels in the dusty Woolworth’s department store of my youth. My grandma would order coffee and shoot the breeze with the old timers that roosted there. I'd spend my time reading thru comic books and these novels and wondering someday if I might find love. As we moved from studio to studio I truly enjoyed writing and recording the material contained within this album. Stirring up feelings long since left for dead.
