简介
SUPERTONIC There comes a time in every musician's life when music needs to be fun, intense and disturbingly good for the soul. For the boys in Supertonic, that time is now. Here's some particulars on the SUPERTONIC boys. Dino Dinicolo: SUPERTONIC's full out front man and groove master bassist. Dino is responsible for the majority of the original material the band performs. He loves playing his bass, and you never know what's going to come out of his mouth on stage. His musical career has taken him to Hawaii, Japan, Grand Cayman, Europe, New Zealand and across Canada. Not to mention countless recordings in various styles of music. His most recent side projects have included performing and recording for Uno Mas, Melanie Dekker, The Town Pants, Danielle Herbert , Riley and The Rise (formerly of the Temptations) and jazz pianist Michael Moriarty (star of the TV show Law and Order). Dino has also played and acted as a bass player character in Disney's T.V. show, So Weird. The man never stops. Terry Paton: He offers deep grooves, sparkling with a wide array of world beat nuances. His face on stage tells it all - passion and pain. The passion from years of cultivating true groove and the pain from hitting his snare with so much passion. Terry has toured and appeared on national TV specials with recording artists of many styles, ranging from the country rock of Tom Jackson to ethereal world beat funk rock of Danielle Herbert. Terry brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to SUPERTONIC. His unique style can also be heard on the CDs of Danny Mack and Melanie Dekker. Christopher Percy: His business card reads; "He sure likes to play his guitar". We never really know what cool riff he's going to play next ... Chris never really knows what cool riff he's going to play next. Whether it is folk acoustic pop, full out rock or East Indian raga, there's nothing like performing live for Christopher. He has been recording and performing with artists such as Cherry Bomb, and Danielle Hebert. Chris is a credited music composer for the pop group Soul Decision , and of course SUPERTONIC. Wielding his wild guitar riffs coupled with the exciting rhythmic duo of Dino and Terry, the sky's the limit. So remember, a night with some SUPERTONIC might just be what your doctor ordered. And if your doctor doesn't .....I'd get a second opinion.
