Ian Lake is a relative newcomer to the music scene, but he brings with him a depth and a history that makes you think he's been here all along. Over the last decade, Ian has quietly become one of Canada's most well respected actors, all the while cultivating a deep personal connection to songwriting and singing. Most recently Ian starred in the Toronto production of the hit musical Once, and decided it was time to bring his voice to the public. Like the men who inspired him, (Glen Hansard, Damien Rice, Jeff Tweedy), Ian strives to give people music they can see themselves in.
