Ona's music is composed spontaneously by taking her contemplations and emotions to her synthesizer and capturing them on her mp3 recorder-- other wise they are "lost" as she has very little musical training.

Ona created this cd in 2010 after Ona's Heartscapes (2010). These songs were composed while she contemplated her favorite places, special people and rich experiences in community living in Redmond WA.

Friends that have listened to these instrumentals say they are so relaxing, perfect for Reiki, Yoga, Massage.

Others have said they are perfect background for ceremonies for memorials, weddings, and one in particular, We Stand Together sounded epic .... suited for a background theme of a movie!!! Listen to this beautiful cd and let this music from her heart take you to your special spaces!!!
