D.O.E. is no rookie to the rap game. As one third of the rap group Ill Beingz, he was one of the first to help put North Carolina rap groups on the map by being the first from the NC area to be featured in The Source magazine's Unsigned Hype. He has returned to the scene as a solo artist with his new album Dollars Over Everything. The album is a diverse but cohesive blend of hard, soulful, and sexy songs that show his diversity and range as a lyricist. D.O.E. is not only working on his own albums, but also in the process of working on comic books and animated motion picture soundtracks, as well as writing for other artists.
