简介
Take a ride back into the Southland with "Charlie O. and The Houserockers". Keep a look out for the "Blue Lights in the Rearview Mirrow" and join us as we venture on a journey deep into the Heart of the South. Travel with us up to the smoky juke joints throughout the Delta all the way through Mississippi and down to Florida where hopefully certain people won't find out where you are and what you do! The journey is full of screaming slide guitars and haunting melodies, along with some Special Guests along the way that include Legendary Blues Man Mr. James Peterson, Young Guitar Slinger Damon Fowler, and all the way from England, The Bluesome Twosome. "12 Bars, Fast Cars, and Vintage Guitars" get your copy today! I can't Thank all the musicians that played on this Album enough! It was truly my pleasure to be able to work with such great talent. From Legendary Bluesman James Peterson who I was privileged enough to sit down and write the song "Purple Lounge" with and then be able to hear him sing it on the Album was truly one of the highlights of my career and I can't Thank him enough, to the young talent on this Album. Damon Fowler one of the finest young guitar players in the world lends his chops to us on "Up to Memphis" check it out and you will see what I mean. Damon is only in his early 20's and I can only imagine the great future ahead of him. And while were on "Up to Memphis" you can't help but hear the amazing vocals of Miss Nalanie Rothrock who was only 16 years old when she recorded this, yes that's right 16 years old but you would never know it by the power in her voice, she is truly a superstar in the making. And for an International feel check out our collabaration with the "BluesomeTwosome" all the way from England on a song they wrote called "Cockroach Blues" these guys are the real deal! And of course Thanks one more time to all "The Houserockers", most of us have played together for well over 20 years and are best of friends, what a long strange trip it's been and I have loved every minute of it, you guy's are the best!! I can only hope you will enjoy listeneing to the new Album "Trouble in The Southland" as much as we did making it. And please don't forget PLAY IT LOUD! Charlie O. The band kicks some serious a** on-stage and the CD is a wonderful set of old-style Southern & Delta Blues. Go check out Charlie O. & THE HOUSEROCKERS and give 'em some love and pick up their CD so that you can show everyone that you were ahead of the game whenever the record labels pull their heads out of their asses and give these guys (and gals) the credit (and contract) that they deserve.
