ZIPS025 Comes to us by way of Atlanta artist and original Zip Sound affiliate, Atnos. Local Gravel is a fluent emotive journey through modern, sexy, UK Garage & deep dubstep stylings. We are very excited to release Atnos' beautiful debut EP, consisting of three original mixes, two of which are collaborative efforts from Denver based producer, Depth Connection & Atlanta Vocalist / Musician, Matt Mulkey. Leaving Atnos' extremely dance floor appropriate "Check Again" as the remaining Original mix. First up on remix duty, is Midnight City Records boss - man, iNTRiKeT. On his 140 BPM version of "the Fortune" we hear a deep, dissonant take on the ambient space and cutting percussive elements featured in the original. The second remix, presented by Morning High refocuses the energy of the original mix, into a shuffling cascade of soulful rhythms and melodic nuance. ZIPS025 is a milestone in many ways, and we're honored to be releasing this thought provoking piece.
