Sentrys debut album This Was Tomorrow was self-released on 14 September 2012 on the record label High Score Records (distributed by Inertia Records) and was selected as the Triple J feature album in the week of its release. On 30 September 2012 This Was Tomorrow debuted at #6 on the Australian Album chart and remained in the chart for five weeks. Album singles "Dear Science" and "Float Away" placed in Triple Js Hottest 100 for 2012 at #26 and #57, respectively.
