Ian Blackwood is originally from Burlington, Ontario, Canada. He grew up listening to Rock and roll and Punk rock. Toured the world a bunch of times and is on TV once and a while. He Played CBGB's before it closed and partied at the Rainbow Room in L.A. when he was 18. The Bipolars formed when Ian decided to play everything himself… at the same time.
