Based out of the San Fernando Valley, in Los Angeles County CA. Six Weeks is an ambitious new indie rock group. Everything released by Six Weeks thus far has been done by the band themselves. From the writing process, to recording and mixing, as well as video and photography. Lead Guitarist Ben McGowan heads the writing process with Lead Singer Chuy Medina, while also taking on the audio engineering and producing, With assistance from audio engineer Rudy Jimenez who worked with Ben and Chuy throughout the process. The band also handles all photography and filming in house, with the help and experience of Drummer Danny Lopez. The newest additions to the group, Bass-Liana Amavisca, Rhythm Guitar-Kevin Deluna helped bring a fresh new sound to the latest tracks on the album, and provide an energized live show. The band has been developing their own take on the indie rock and continue to improve with every new release. The tracks on this album are comprised of material written between Summer 2013 and Summer 2015. With many EP and single releases over the last couple years, the group finally decided to group together a full length album.
