Delinquent is no rookie to the music industry. At the age of 16 he was signed to a well known rapper's label in Beverly Hills, CA under the group titled, III GRAND. Unfortunately, tragedy claimed the life of his fellow music partner/best friend just five days after signing this major deal. Then years later, still pursuing the dream Delinquent and his two buddies shared together... more drama became present.
