Austin Gatus is a singer-songwriter-saxophonist from San Diego, California. From a young age, Austin developed a passion for music and would sing in school musicals and other events. At the age of nine, Austin began playing the saxophone and had quickly advanced on the instrument. This had led him to many great opportunities in the following years such as sharing the stage with saxophonists Kenny G and Dave Koz. Apart from the saxophone, Austin also plays the piano, guitar, sings and writes his own original music. With his many influences ranging from Jazz, Funk and Pop, Austin continues to compose and perform. A childhood cancer survivor, Austin's goal is to give back and inspire others and performs at various charity events to help raise childhood cancer awareness.
