UPPBEAT is a Hiphop/Alternative artist hailing from the West of Ireland. He is known for his high energy performances accompanied by a band including DJ, Keyboard,Bass and Drums as well as his deep, poetic, and "Highly topical" lyrics. UPPBEAT has performed all over the island of Ireland as well as a string of international shows in hiphops birthplace, NewYork. In 2016 he was chosen by TeamBackPack to feature as part of there annual event in NewYork. He has opened for the likes of This Side Up, Rusangano Family, Gio Martin, Jafaris and many more as well as multiple headline shows across Ireland. He was also chosen as a Finalist in the 2015 All Ireland Poetry Slam in Belfast. UPPBEAT has also released a line of successful music videos in the past year working with the incredible Elliot Ruddy. UPPBEAT recently released his EP "After 8000 Miles" on the 27th of January 2017 featuring New York rapper "Paco the G Train Bandit" as well as Irish hiphop legends Lawriii Craic and Red the Future. In the coming months UPPBEAT will be releasing projects featuring instrumentation from his band and Kreo Ghost as well as a song featuring Sony artist Gio Martin. UPPBEAT is a member of the collective "Flowstate Movement" and is best known for his latest single "Embers"
