The group consists of four young talented musicians, Ramadhani Syah (piano), Johanes Radianto (guitar), Donny Sundjoyo (double bass), and Elfa Zulham (drums). Formed in 2011, the four young "boys" created the name The Jongens Quartet, which was derived from the Dutch word Jongens meaning "Boys".

The album is a compilation of their composition and arrangement skills that they have practiced throughout their musical careers. The album consists of five songs that was composed and arranged by members of the group.
