It began in 2006. A Televised Event Marketing and Promoting Emerging Song Talent, T.E.M.P.E.S.T. By 2007, it had began to evolve into music infrastructure, artist development, and a Record Label. In 2008 it grewto fuse various production houses, piloting music video projects and establishing international networks for regional expansion.

By 2009, Tempest St.Lucia Inc became a prototype for the Film and Music Entertainment sector as a model of an economic growth engine, empowering whole generations in miltimedia development.
