Worship in the secret place is indeed a worship experience. The album starts off with a declaration, Mwari Wedu Mukuru, which means Our God Is Great, setting the tone and in a way explaining why we love and worship our one true God. Who Is Like Thee? follows as a ballade declaring our boast in our God who is like none other. Amazing God is a collaboration with one of Zimbabwe's worship leaders, Janet Manyowa. Janet's strong voice adds a different dimension to Comfort's sound. Adonai, is another vertical song directed to God declaring his majesty. Then comes the title track 'Secret Place' which is heart's cry to God. Come Down, Mutsvene, Abba Father, and Hiding Place follow closely as the worship experience intensifies. Chinyarara Mwoyo Wangu (Hush, Be Still My Soul) is the last song on this album and is an assurance that Christ is Lord and his will is perfect.
