Offering us a diary-esque insight, THEBOYNAMEDSIMBA’s internal conflict on ‘Diary of a Sinner, Pt. II’ scatters to us the listener, as the soul behind the brand challenges us the listener on a number occasions. Hence noting that this is his origin story. Whether this leads to the making of a puppet perceived as beloved hero, or an unhinged villain in this turbulent music industry.

Written, produced, and engineered by THEBOYNAMEDSIMBA, the two part “Diary of a Sinner” is a sonic contrast to his previous work. Demonstrating his growth as a lyricist with more rapping, THEBOYNAMEDSIMBA has also stretched his sound as artist by including genres like afroswing, and afrobeat to his already unique catalogue.
