I had met Leanne a few times on our course at university already; we were both first-year students and part of a class of about forty or so. I never actually heard her singing voice until after a few months when I stumbled upon her SoundCloud account - I had been hoping to release a new single at some point that was a bit different to my normal style and was looking for a vocalist. Her vocals suited it perfectly.

As for the music itself, I have an unconditional love of orchestral and soundtrack music, and have released a couple of albums and singles already in that style (Liberation, The Calling, etc.). This time I wanted to do something a little bit different, as more recently I had been listening to a lot of melodic dubstep. This is what results of that.
