Chicago-based events group Housepit CHI offers up their inaugural Various Artist EP on self-titled imprint. HPIT01 includes artists Hush Hush, Garrett David, Secret Studio, Ruby & the Fitz and Change Request.

Side A presents swinging House drums, heavy organs and vocal stabs reminiscent of output found on Night Club, Swing City and Clubhouse Records. A complimentary B side of acid tracks with 808 drums, open hats and dirty jak rhythms balance out this 5 track release.
