Arcyn AL was born in South Central, Los Angeles. He started rapping as a sixth grader, cracking jokes and trying to impress the ladies. Some of Arcyn's early influences were NWA, Big Daddy Kane, LL Cool J, Rakim, Scarface and Prince. After several run-ins with the police, Arcyn AL ended up moving to Fresno, California in hopes of getting his life in order. He later returned to Los Angeles to finish high school and pursue his music career. He later went on to receive an AS degree in chemistry to support his aspirations of becoming a star. Arcyn AL describes his style as being, "universal, controversial and sometimes melodic type flow". He then became one half of the group Pre-Skrip-Shun, and had two songs placed on the Kut Shop Compilation (Kut Shop Records). In that same year, Arcyn AL hooked up with the live music band The Ghost Team and preformed with them all across Los Angeles opening for such acts as Snoop Dogg, Slick Rick, Cash Money Records, Xzibit many others at large venues & several private record label events. In that same year Arcyn AL also preformed on the single “Why You All Up In My Shit” which was later released. In early months of 2k Arcyn AL hooked up with the dynamic producer Uzi T (Uwoop) and began writing hooks and songs for various Hip Hop and R&B artists. During the same time he became one half of the incredible group Fire Star who completed their self-titled album in late 2002. They opened for acts like Gucci Mane, Akon, Mary J. Blidge, Knocturnal, Missy Eliot, E-40, Rick Ross, Green Lantern & a host of others. He also was featured as one the premiere artist on the War Zone Records compilation entitled The Best from The West. In April 2004, Arcyn AL decided to pursue his solo career by completing a mix tape that he released on the underground circuit. In the spring of 2007 he went on to complete his first solo debut album " In The Fast Lane " containing the scorching single Spend My Chips. Which went on to sell about 1500+ copies. In 2008 he was named as one of the Top 10 MCs by Sway & Tech of the Wake Up Show & decided to release (the ahead of it’s time mix tape) "Belly Of The Beast" with Bradd Spitt & got rave reviews from the streets, so good that in 2009 he re-released it for digital download. In 2010 Arcyn AL released his 2nd solo album entitled "Diamond Lane" (containing the crossover single "Potential") and "Diamond Lane 1.5 the mixtape, (Which had over 9000 listens and 1700+ downloads in less than 24 hours). In 2012 he released his album 'Interstate' digitally & has had great success with to this date. On 07/01/2012 he also dropped the critically acclaimed mixtape "Fire Works" which has had over 50k downloads. Arcyn AL is definitely one of the most well-rounded, versatile MCs of his time. He believes in making reality music of the moment for the future with motivating lyrics & melodic hooks. He has moved over 100k albums and mixtapes world wide thru the independent Label Nymph Music Group International, in which he is the co-founder and CEO. As you can see this is a hard working young man with an overall goal of being on top. He will go down in history as one of the best to ever do it hands down......
