Larry Westbrook Jr. is an up and coming gospel recording artist born and raised in the Midwest. Growing up, his passion for music grew as he sang in the church choir, community choirs and area groups. Through performing, he found comfort in gospel music and peace in the word of God. Larry has a unique sound that incorporates a traditional gospel sound mixed with a soulful contemporary delivery. He learned both drums and organ by watching and learning in the church. He is a singer-songwriter that is constantly learning about the various aspects of the music business. His life goal is to win souls for Christ through music ministry for the purpose of building Gods kingdom. This album was created around the experiences he has endured in his life. Suffering through personal trials, including a life threatening car accident, Larry kept his faith in God and expressed his gratitude through songs such as “King of Glory” and “Jesus Your Welcome”. He hopes this album can be a beacon to those who are lost and to those who may have lost their way. He especially wants young people to look towards God for strength and to know they are not alone.
