Lavender & Red sprung out of a deep connection between two people who wanted to write a soundtrack for world change. Since we began in 2013, our music has inspired The Initiative for authentic connection and created the possibility of unity and completion for us and our listeners. We are an Indie Pop/Rock band currently based in Arizona but our characteristically quirky sound has earned us a following across the globe. Our lead guitarist’s influences include Cat Stevens, Pink Floyd and Led Zepplin. Our vocalists take inspiration from Amy Lee, Skylar Grey, Of Monsters & Men and Natalie Merchant.
