"Ancient beings, sing up to the sky, but the sky responded, we never understand." Zaliva-­‐D is a Beijing-­‐based electronic music & visual group consisting of members Li Chao (music) and Aisin-­‐Gioro Yuanjin (visuals). Founded in 2003, Zaliva-­‐D have been developing and perfecting their unique breed of dark electronic music for well over a decade, its timbre and melody conjuring up nervous energy, bleak scenes and frustrated anger. "Sky Singing" is Zaliva-­‐D’s second concept album, with Li Chao’s haunting, and at times violent vocals and melodies telling stories that are neither in the past, present or future.
