Building on the momentum of the group’s first release featuring collaborations with Evelyn Ida Morris (Pikelet) and Sez Wilks (Kikuyu) the track features St. Clare (St. Clare & Mikelangelo). The track is the second instalment from the t:dy t:wn’s Sistercity mixtape which will feature 10 female artists singing 10 tracks – a project where, according to The thousands, “everyone contributes a little bit of awesome” and sounding, according to JJJ’s David Howe, something like “Saint Etienne, The Concretes and that ilk, meaning I like it a lot”. The album will be followed by a mixtape of songs by male singers called brotherhood.
