"Sand Between My Toes" is the second album of original whimsical children's songs by Amanda and Art Sirota. A deep vein of unpredictable humor runs through this album until you can almost feel the sand between your toes! (NOTE: this CD does not actually come with any actual beach sand!) Also note, no frogs, butterflies or witches were hurt during the making of this album! Spoiler Alert: mermaids make various surprise appearances just when you least expect them! There is a song about Santa getting a rather strange haircut! Another tune examines the dreaded moment when a daddy tries to put his little girl to bed at night. Then there's a cuckoo money up high in a coconut tree hurling coconuts down at the singer who winds up having the last laugh. The music is catchy and the lyrics are all full of mischievous fun.
