Lars Trier and Lars Graugaard performed duo flute and guitar 1981-95, recording two albums of mostly 20th century repertoire. Lars Trier was part of the Danish socialist artist collective Røde Mor (Red Mother) but has had a significant career as a Danish classical guitarist of international standing. Flautist and composer Lars Graugaard later became involved in techno and electronica, but he was very active in improvised styles while also performing classical repertoire for his instrument, such as on the present album.
