This song is about the new "pay to play" tactic used by promoters in the current hardcore scene. However, it can be taken to be about anyone that has beaten you down, told you you are not good enough, or made you work harder than you needed to to reach a goal, regardless of your personal work ethic. Regardless of what they try to do, they can never take the joy out of playing music! This music includes a heavy synth sound, with djenty guitar riffs and screaming vocals.
