This is a song I have been singing since I was 4 years old. I come from a family of music makers and vaudevillians, who also happen to be record collectors. Once this song was discovered, it was passed around our circle from then on. When I was that young I didn't realize how suggestive it was! As I got older and started performing around town, we started to develop our own version of this song. Then when I began performing in burlesque shows around the PNW, it really became clear that this song was made for me to keep alive! We gathered musicians from a few different bands that we love and created what you hear today. It is the only cover song on my upcoming album 'The Gospel Of The Gutter Queen'.
