Deuxel is an original word, comprised of "deux" (french for the number two) and "duel" (a contest or race between two parties), created by Michael Mattice to describe this particular collection of songs. Michael Mattice wrote, performed, recorded, engineered and mixed Deuxel in both Austin, TX and Arlington, VA.
