wattup, my name is Brodhi. born and raised in the bay area. brought up by an ex-hippi buddhist and a science loving jew. i was taught to love life and question everything. i was raised with a passion for art and inherited a need to create. i knew from an early age that i was born to be an artist. born to touch the world and let loose the beauty that i hold in my gut. it wasn't long before i discovered HipHop. i was only 14 when i rocked my first open mic, 15 when i put out my first tape. now im 21. i rap, produce, paint, write and perform my art. i love what i do and i cant wait to share it with you. my new cd is called THE DOVECOTE. doves have always been a symbol of freedom and change. so this project is meant to represent a starting place for the re-birth of HipHop. a movement away from the bling and towards conscious music. for more information on THE DOVECOTE visit www.brodhi.com
