You're heading down a road with a destination in mind. You come upon an intersection. Taking a look both left and right, you think to yourself, "Hmmm, that road to the right looks interesting". So you turn down this new path to see where it might lead you. You may never arrive at your first destination. You may take several more turns before your journey is over. And the entire trip takes on a whole different feel. This is how these songs were created. This is how I write.

Sitting at my desk and writing lyrics, experimenting with different chord combinations on my guitar, I would then put lyrics and music together. I would perform them for a few friends and family. One of them suggested that I should record them and maybe make a CD. After years of writing songs and making music I took their suggestion and headed to The Hideaway Cafe and Recording studio. Accolades to John Kelly, owner of The Hideaway, for bringing life to the songs of "A Devil's Tale".
