Musician/songwriter/producer David Amber has just released his first full-length CD, Lonewolf. Amber has a broad range of musical interests and doesn’t limit himself to one style on this disc, which ranges from emphatic rockers (“Heavy Rain,” “And Onward We Move,” “Lonewolf”) to dramatic ballads (“Forgiveness,” “Time Rip”) to upbeat power pop (“Passion,” “Now or Never”). “I wanted to put everything I know about music into these eleven tracks,” says Amber, whose passion for solid, creative, and emotionally moving songwriting is evident. As the title suggests, Amber wrote, arranged, produced, and performed all the songs on Lonewolf. By focusing on creating dynamic and well-structured songs and utilizing his skills as a producer and arranger, he shows himself to be a fresh and relevant songwriter and musician, and an artist of the future.
