Spectacles is more of a musical project than a true "band". All of the music is written and performed by only two people, splitting most of the instrumental duties. Once the foundation of the music is in place, additional guest musicians are brought in, as well as the lead singer, who will harmonize with herself in the studio. Several of the songs are instrumental and lend themselves more to the ambient side of music, creating loops and soundscapes. There are also strong rock influences thorughout, with some shredding guitar work, chunky rhythm sections, and pounding drums. Subtle keyboard and synthesizer tracks are present throughout the music as well. Catchy choruses and strong lyrics are sure to keep you entertained.
