Flash Bastard, Esq., is the work of Saint Paul, MN multi-instrumentalist Brian James, and a sincere attempt to combine the many different types of music he enjoys, from his heroes of Brazilian pop to post-punk to new wave to power pop to garage rock and all points in between.
