My Producer called this 'Psychedelic Johnny Cash meets the Beastie Boys'... I can see that... I tried to keep this minimal, to the point, interesting, deep and groovy. This all started when I got a really cool new guitar and just sat around playing for 6 months. A couple song ideas started floating around so i went to the studio and started to record. It was like a flood gate opened. All the songs were written and recorded the songs in the order you are hearing them. I was a bit stunned that the six songs formed a complete 'thought'... Is anybody out there?? I have yet to find a GENRE that is 'right' for the music .... so far I have been turned down by a couple promo groups because they can't peg the music or find a market nitch for this... or any of my other music for that matter.. but hey, I am not doing this for them .. I am reaching out for and reaching in at the same time ... let me know what you think
