Vestige Bloom Is the second release by Dylan Flynn. It features more eight beautiful and lyrical songs which stay true meticulous songcraft established on his first Album (The Perfect Talking Machine). As always these songs were painstakingly crafted of his beloved 4-track, from which the album draws it’s soothing vintage hiss which melds so well with the subdued music and vocal qualities. Drawing from many traditions in American acoustic music including old-time, folk, and blues Mr. Flynn seeks only to create songs that are true to his ear, not to guide his music into any camp. Much as the original folk musicians of this country played what pleased them, classification being far from throughout so does Dylan Flynn. So feel free to take a listen, this music may please your ear too.
