From John Lawless, Bluegrass Today: Bluegrass/country/Gospel singer Jessica Stiles has dropped a first single from her upcoming ...EP, Little Darlin’. It’s one she wrote called Answer Him, which features Jessica singing with harmony vocals from Lester Armistead of the Tennessee Mafia Jug Band and Terry Eldredge of The Grascals. Also assisting on this track are Mike Compton on mandolin, Charlie Cushman and Josh Williams on guitar, Shad Cobb on viola and clawhammer banjo, and Kent Blanton on bass. The song, and the arrangement, have an old-timey feel a bit reminiscent of The Carter Family.
