Let me introduce myself. My rap name is J-Fella, but my name is James. I was born in Mississippi but raised in Tennessee. I’ve always been in the dirty-dirty! I’ve always had a passion for music, but I could never play an instrument. The main reason I started rapping is because, when I gave my life to Jesus I still wanted to bump my CDs. All the CDs that I had were not positive and didn’t encourage me. I tried to listen to Christian rap, but it didn’t really didn’t offer anything that sounded like what I was used to hearing. Anyway so I started recording my own stuff to listen to. Stuff that sounded like what I was used to but didn’t speak about selling drugs, or having sex with a lot of girls, talking bad about girls, but I still kept it real. My music represents Jesus, and not religion or social church. I talk about freedom, and being a new creation in Christ. I reccommend my album for church folk, drug dealers, pimps, preacher, teachers and hustlers.
