This is Do Your Own Thing's new album of songs written and recorded between December of 2014 and April of 2015. All the songs were created and performed by Tyler Scott, and were recorded at MyT Studio. Instruments used in the recording are electric and acoustic guitars, bass, melodica, drums and an assortment of percussion instruments.

The songs on this album are about topics involving life, love, reflection and change, and all are done with an emphasis on rhythm and harmony. They're meant to stick in your head and get you to move, both mentally and physically.
