The song free is symbolic for where we originate from, a place that is associated with negativity and poverty. As young black youth of South Africa we want freedom from all the discrimination and poverty that is associated with being BLACK and living in Alexandra. We all as the youth of S.A, want to be Free to be what we want to be, expressionist, realist, creative's and most importantly change the mind set of those that depict a black person as lazy, stupid and undeserving. No one was born to be socially classified because of their skin colour. To have an invincible bar code that tags you as lower class cause you black. All we want is respect and a chase to achieve our full potential. FREE to be me and not an expectation.
