Edit was a band that started in a small and cold basement apartment. It has later expanded into a band with 6 members, but is unfortunantly still based in the same cold basement. The songs are melancolic and happy at the same time and often build up from a chill atmosphere to a more energetic feeling. The band has been called a combination of The XX and Bombay bicycle club, which makes sense since they are very inspired by theese bands and many more. A lot of the songs have random samples from random places. Everything from an old russian animation to a child swearing without knowing it. The band is based in a city called Trondheim in Norway and the albumcover was designed by a band member and it contains nature from Norway.
