J*Rocafeller was born with rythm pulsing through his veins. Growing up in the projects in Seaside California, this singer/songwriter was destined to be a hit. With his sultry soft-smoothe voice, good looks, and charm, J*Rocafeller has scored many fans throughout the Central Coast. "It excites me to see what the future holds" he says. He later would move to Seaside Ca, at the age of 9 where he would discover his love for music. His father Stanley Jerome Vaughn was also a Talented R&B singer in the 70's and throughout the 80's with the hit group "Shades of Love". After watching his father perform shows and seeing him practice with his group,(Shades of Love) made J*Rocafeller eager to follow in those same footsteps. He later would. After forming the group *831* in 2005 with another R&B force by the name of J-soul, J*Rocafeller would see his career sky rocket. "It was almost like seeing my dreams coming true right before me" says, J*Rocafeller only to see eveything crumble due to the tragic death of his fellow group member J-soul (R..I..P.) who not only three weeks before had just been featured on two hit radio stations. performed on BET's Comic View with the help of Deangelo Jones, who is a BET Talent Director. J*Rocafeller would then fall into a deep depression and begin to question if he would continue to do music.It wasn't until about 3 months later when he would get his answer. After recieving phone calls from 831 ENTERTAINMENT's Founder and CEO Danesio To open shows for Bone Thugs N' Harmony's "Bone Thugs" at the Fox Theatre and Headlining a show at the Hippodrome night club in Monterey Ca, with special guest host VH1's BAY BAY BAY. Then given the opportunity to be featured in two of the hottest up and coming magazines in the Central Coast “831 Magazine”, and “West Coast Magazine” J*Rocafeller was Back.............................................. With his first album titled, "AlReAdY FaMoUs" set to be released in May of 2010, this singer/songwriter is destined to be #1.
