Tim is born in Heidelberg and having worked in the booths of the United States before returning to his native country and settling in Berlin. What!? is just the beginning of a bunch of tunes he produced especially for Monotone. It starts with a fast tempo baseline, which is soon followed by a dry incisive kick drum to give the track its primal power. There are no broken beats here, the track's unyielding four-on-the-floor and the symbiosis of hi-hats and snares propel it inexorably.
