I'm a pop singer/songwriter/musician. I'm 15 years old and have been writing songs and performing since I was a young girl. I love all types of genres, but I tend to write songs within the Pop Genre. My songs are written more towards Alternative Pop, but have written Dream Pop, Urban Pop and will probably write several more type of Pop styles in the future. I have a love for music and to make my fans feel good when they hear my songs. I want to reach out to my fans souls and let them know I hear them when they are happy, sad & any other feelings they may have. People have said I have a unique voice and that its very soulful. My life experiences are a bit more mature because I grew up with 5 older siblings and learned about things a little quicker than the average 15 year old girl. Because of those experiences I'm a bit more mature lyrically. I write a lot through my siblings experiences and what I have seen their friends go through as well. For my past time, I read a lot of books and I pull experiences from characters out of my books and get great ideas for my songs. I started writing songs when I was 8 1/2 when my nanny past away. Songwriting just evolved from there, where I started having growing pains as an adolescent and found writing therapeutic. Then I would start waking up in the middle of the night with songs in my head, costing me many hours up prior to school, just writing and playing music for my songs. This started to become problematic for my school grades were starting to drop and education is important to me. So, I decided to go to an alternative school atmosphere which I was able to focus more on my music and still keep my education in tack. I'm not sure how I do it all, I just know it's consistency, hard work, a great team who keeps me focused and of course my supportive family. Mostly have to say my parents are my backbone to my life, they put up with my moods hahaha, but they allow me to freely express myself and that's vital for an artist to have. I hope to have hundreds of songs out there for my fans and maybe great artist will want to sing some of them too. I love to sing and perform as well so hopefully this will be my life. Recently I was asked to write lyrics to a song for a movie and was blessed to sing it with great artist. This is what is fun about being a songwriter is having the ability to write not just pop songs but writing for movies and T.V. I recently started going to school to learn how to produce music and would love in the future to help new artist by producing their music and bringing their songs to life.
