Born Lethal was created in 2006 by longtime friends and collaborators Gozza and Jozi Whalez. The two MCs had been working together since the mid 1990s as the leaders of Artfull Dodgers and Unorthodox Tactics. Studio sessions together showed potential and natural chemistry between the two. After the decade of separate crew collaborations they finally decided to bring their skills together and work as Born Lethal full time. They quickly dropped underground releases Haim Or Feldman (Some Guys Get All The Breaks), Top Dollar Defeat, StoneFist HeavyWeights, Distorted Life, and The Resurrecterz Of The Lost Art MixTape.
