Singer and producer Nyokee presents an energetic mix of synth heavy Fantasy Pop and catchy, folky, vocal melodies. Its like meeting your favourite computer game character and spending a few minutes together in a digital forest of light and pixels. Nyokees songs include ambient ballads, as well as explosive dance tunes, often combining melodious, wide soundscapes with dark, distorted synths. Nyokees influences range from EDM to world music and classical pieces. Nyokee has always been in touch with music, starting to play the violin at the age of six and later the piano. She had recorded her first song on a tape cassette before she learned to read and write. Later on, she discovered her passion for singing. Inspired by a diverse number of artists, including Bjoerk and BT, she started to produce her own songs at the age of sixteen. Nowadays, her voice can be heard on the radio in Europe and Australia and she appears on stages across the UK.
